Tina studied at the University of Limerick. She trained in William Fry, qualifying in 2010 and worked as an associate in their Private Client department prior to joining O’Connell Brennan in 2018. She is also an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Ireland.
Tina specialises in advising clients on personal capital tax and income tax matters including Revenue disputes. She also advises on personal estate and tax planning, wills and succession, trusts (both domestic and international), the administration of estates and capacity issues. Tina also advises on legal and taxation issues in relation to the establishment and administration of charities and non-profit organisations.
Tina is the current Chair of STEP Ireland. Tina regularly contributes articles to industry publications and is the editor of the Irish chapter of the STEP Directory Jurisdictional Reports. She is regular speaker in her areas of expertise.
