Jane graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law in 2016 and joined O’Connell Brennan as a trainee solicitor in the same year. Jane qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
Jane specialises in personal estate and tax planning, wills and succession and the administration of estates. Jane advises clients on the transfer of assets by gift or inheritance in a tax efficient manner, family partnerships and enduring powers of attorney.
Jane also advises charities and non – profit organisations in relation to their establishment and ongoing administration.
Jane is a committee member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Ireland and is currently undertaking the Chartered Tax Adviser qualification with the Irish Tax Institute.
