Experience and Expertise

Naoise graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Business and Law in 2011 before completing a Masters in Law at Trinity College Dublin.  Naoise was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2013.  Naoise practised as a barrister for 7 years prior to joining O’Connell Brennan in 2021.  Naoise qualified as a solicitor in 2021.  

Naoise specialises in personal estate and tax planning, the administration of estates, Wills and succession, trusts and contentious probate and trust matters.  Naoise also advises clients on asset protection and on the transfer of assets by way of gift of inheritance in a tax efficient manner.

Naoise is a committee member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Ireland and is currently undertaking the Chartered Tax Adviser qualification with the Irish Tax Institute.
