Jane graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law in 2016 and joined O’Connell Brennan as a trainee solicitor in the same year. Jane qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
Jane specialises in personal estate and tax planning, wills and succession and the administration of estates. Jane also advises clients on the transfer of assets by gift or inheritance in a tax efficient manner, family partnerships and enduring powers of attorney, and advises on legal and taxation issues in relation to the establishment and administration of charities and non-profit organisations.
Jane is currently undertaking the Chartered Tax Adviser qualification with the Irish Tax Institute.
